Beginning Monday, December 1, faculty, students, staff, and volunteers who do not have an influenza vaccination sticker on their ID badges must wear a mask while in patient-care and public areas on Mount Sinai Health System campuses. Employee Health Services departments are offering free flu vaccinations at the following locations:

Monday–Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

Mount Sinai Beth Israel
317 East 17th Street, Second Floor
Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn
1358 East 32nd Street, First Floor
Monday–Friday, 8 am – Noon, and 1 – 4 pm

Mount Sinai St. Luke’s
1111 Amsterdam Avenue, Clark Building, First Floor
Monday–Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

Mount Sinai Roosevelt
1000 10th Avenue, First Floor, Room 1M
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 am – Noon, and 2 – 3:30 pm

Mount Sinai Queens is distributing vaccination schedules via email.

Also, watch for announcements about additional campus vaccination locations.

Staff who received a vaccination externally must submit documentation, including the date, and name and address of provider, to get a sticker.
