People often ask how they can suggest that the Library purchase a certain book, journal, or other resource. The library welcomes purchase requests from Mount Sinai faculty, students, and staff, and every effort is made to obtain the suggested book, journal, etc. for the library’s collection. To suggest that the library purchase a resource, please fill out this online form. If you leave your contact info, a librarian will get back to you about the status of your request.
The Library now has a new, re-designed databases page -the gateway to all 158 databases provided by the Library. The new page allows you to link to the top 20 most frequently used databases and to view databases by common category such as clinical sciences, evidence based medicine, and biological sciences. You can also search for databases using a search box and display a list of all 158 databases by title or by subject. If you have any comments about the new page, please let us know.
